Can I return or exchange any of my items?
For sanitary and hygienic purposes, ALL SEX TOY SALES ARE FINAL due to the intimate natural of all the products that we sell on AdultBiz.org. This is for the health, safety and protection of all of our customers. As you would expect, any item that is designed to come into contact with any part of the part of the human body or fluids is non-returnable and of course, we cannot resell it under any circumstances. Once these items leave our warehouses, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Our manufacturers, warehouse workers and shipping services work very hard to ensure that the items that you ordered from AdultBiz.org arrive in perfect condition. That being said, we do understand that sometimes this is not always the case. So please inspect your entire shipment upon receipt. Adult Biz products have a 30 day defective warranty. So if your item is defective within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact our customer service department using our Contact Form as soon as you discover the defect. Of course, pictures of the damaged parcel and item(s) are often helpful as well. We will work diligently to resolve the issue for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund or Exchange Eligibility
Please use extra care to make sure you order the correct size, color and type of your items. We will replace any defective item with the same item. We may ask for a photo of the defective item. Adult Biz will review any and all potential return or exchange requests for items damaged or in transit or defective from the factory. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on factory defective or damaged in transit items, you must contact us within 24 hours of the receiving the products using our Contact Us form at https://adultbiz.org/pages/contact-us/ to alert us of the damage or defective item. After a review, we will provide you a address to return the item too. Once received, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received by Adult Biz, we will send you and email (your email address on your order) that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund if factory damaged. In the case of an approval for a refund or an exchange, then your refund or replacement will be processed and a credit automatically applied back to your credit card or original payment method, within 72 hours.
If after, that amount of time, your refund has not shown up, please check your bank account, then with the credit card company to make sure it is not pending and just has not shown up yet. If you have done all this and there is still no trace of your refund, please contact us with the details and we will investigate and resolve the issue as best we can.
Shipping Returned Items
To return your merchandise to us, you should always contact us before sending anything back please. You will be responsible for costs for retuning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged or replace item to reach you may vary..
